The G.E.M. Workshop is designed to elevate girls and women to reach her potential. G.E.M. stands for growth, empowerment, and mentorship. The G.E.M. Workshop starts with teaching girls and women the tools of learning what drives them which will in turn empower them to become successful individuals. Lastly, we encourage these women to pass it forward by mentoring others to reach their potential.

We teach girls how to realize their self-worth and self-value.
Empower
We teach girls to understand the extent of their power.
Mentor
We teach girls to pay it forward by being a good leader and mentor.
